My Standard Home Inspection

I will inspect the structure, systems and components of the home, inside and out, from the foundation to the roof, using the latest tools and technology.

As a state-licensed Certified Professional Inspector and member of InterNACHI, I adhere to a comprehensive Residential Standards of Practice. This means I will inspect all of the following, when accessible:

- Attic, Ventilation & Insulation             - Plumbing System

- Structural Components                      - HVAC System

- Exterior Cladding                               - Fireplace

- Porch & Deck                                     - Interior, including:

- Attached Garage                                      - Built-In Appliances

- Driveway                                                  - Ceilings, Floors & Walls

- Foundation                                               - Windows & Doors

- Crawlspace / Basement

Following my evaluation, I will compile my findings in a easy-to-read report, which will include detailed descriptions and high-resolution digital photos of any issues I have discovered. I'll email you the report, and my job isn't finished untill you understand everything in it.
